We made it through the first week in the new year, and whew what a doozy it has been! As you know, I am six months pregnant, so as much as I’d like a good happy hour at the end of the week, I am strictly on mocktails until I this sweet baby arrives!
Every Friday in January, I will be highlighting a new mocktail that I’m trying. For all the mommies-to-be, those doing Dry January or anyone living the no-alcohol life, I got ya covered. Check back for my favorite drinks that are quenching my thirst.
First up is Tam’s Raspberry Purée!
Ingredients
3 TBs of orange juice
2 TBs of raspberry preserves
1-2 TBs of diet tonic water
Handful of ice
Just add the ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Feel free to mix different portions of ingredients to suit your specific tastes.
