Taco Tuesday ya’ll!
I love a good taco, so prepare for a series of more my taco favorites in future posts.
Today I want to share my delicious ahi tuna tacos. (Also prepare for ahi tuna showing up again, another favorite of mine!)
Over the past few years, I’ve moved from ground beef to seafood as my preferred protein in tacos. Sometimes what I want isn’t readily available in many mexican restaurants, so I’ve started making tacos at home a lot more often.
This ahi tuna taco never disappoints. It’s refreshing and light, but filling. Good with a soft shell, but I prefer the crunch of hard shell.
Try it out and let me know what you think!

- Remove from the pan and slice the tuna into thin slices.
- Make the sriracha sauce by combing the ingredients listed above.
- To assemble the taco, swipe a layer of sriracha sauce on the shell, then place pieces of cabbage and finely cut cilantro in the middle of the shells.
